We often forget that creating goals lies on a spectrum, it usually isn't as simple as Y: complete, or N: not complete tasks, it's a process of trial and error to determine what works for you in order to obtain the results that were documented as "the goal". I invite you to examine your growth in this process instead of results and forgive yourself - and give yourself the space - to learn HOW to achieve your goals, however long it may take.
