In this last episode of season 2, I chat about how social media has been affecting our mental wellbeing.
The US Surgeon General sent out a concern that social media is greatly affecting our teens, but I think it should be extended to us adults too.
Many service providers/artists/and business owners are also leaving social media or not going to be on there as often and finding other ways to connect with their audience.
Tune in as I also give my current thoughts on social media and how I will be utilizing it in the future, as well as tips on how to navigate it on your own.

Summer is creeping up soon here and schedules and routines are changing up a bit with kids out of school, vacations,and so forth.
This also means changing up your wardrobe into lighter clothes where skin is showing more and for many women, this is really challenging, especially if our body changed over the winter.
It’s so easily to fall into diet culture again this time of year.

In this episode, I explore what the key differences is between creating wellness goals out of love vs out of fear,guilt,shame etc. Yes there is a difference, and how creating a loving goal is what helps keep habits more sustainable.
You may have heard of SMART goals, but this is not what we are talking about here. We are not trying to be perfect, and the results are not more important than the process.

In this episode I go over a key tool that helped me stop overeating my favorite foods in this case. Potato chips. Have you started your Intuitive Eating Journey and tried to bring back all the foods you were staying away from only to find yourself overeating them in one sitting? Or were you doing so during your dieting days after trying so hard to use "willpower" to stay away from them? Listen in and hear how I was able to break this cycle with one of my favorite foods, the classic potato chip.
