EP 15: Muscle Building Routine: Get Stronger and Healthier

Usually, when we think of losing body fat, we conclude that we need to reduce our food consumption. We avoid fatty foods, carbohydrates, and extensive fasting — less fat and more muscle. Body recomposition requires a different approach to health and fitness than the typical weight-loss mindset. Your body is smarter than you may give it credit for, and by keeping a close eye on your diet and your training, you can absolutely lose fat and gain muscle at the same time.

Stay tuned to this episode, as we correct diet and intermittent fasting in relation to building muscles. We will discuss how we can fix our bodies, get in shape, lose fat, and gain muscle all at the same time.

EP 12: Omega-3: Foods, Deficiency, Supplements and More

A healthy portion of fat is necessary for our diet to supply our bodies with key nutrients. Fatty acids supply energy to the muscles, heart, and other organs, as well as functioning as cell membrane building blocks and a source of energy storage for the body.

The omega-3 fatty acid is one of the necessary fatty acids. It is a form of fat that the human body cannot produce on its own and can be obtained through the foods we take. They are essential fat, which means they must be ingested in order for our brain to perform well. They may help lower the risk of scalp problems, heart disease, infertility, miscarriage, and arthritis.

In this episode, we'll go over the various sources of omega-3, as well as how much and how frequently we should consume it.
