Today I am wrapping up the month of May, which is Mental Health Awareness Month, talking about clutter. Clutter has been linked to increasing anxiety and depression, as well as costing us time, money, and added stress we don't need.
I share the steps to tackling clutter and the questions to ask ourselves when we are deciding whether we need to get rid of something or keep it. Clear spaces create calmer environments, help us to find things faster, and keep us from being distracted by all the things we see when we look around our space.

Negative thoughts are something that every single person struggle with, whether you think so or not. The first quarter is a few days away so it's time to review the goals we set for the year, evaluate where we are with those goals, and determine what goals we need to be focusing on in the next quarter. By doing this quarterly, we can cultivate the life we want and stay focused on the personal goals we set for ourselves, while eliminating the ones that no longer serve us.

I'm back after a 2 month break and I'm sharing on the podcast why I was on a break, how I fell off the Self-Care train, and what I learned through it all!
I'm not perfect, I struggle with balancing it all... JUST LIKE YOU. But I was reminded again why it is SO important to be intentional and make sure I am taking time to take care of ME! It's easy for all of us to slip when it comes to putting ourselves first when we have so many things that are priority in our lives. Nobody is immune to it. There isn't anything wrong with you if you fall off ... BUT it is so important to shake it off and get back into your rhythms and routines and to be intentional about taking care of you! YOU DESERVE IT and so do the people around you. Being healthy is so much more than a pant size or number on a scale and I'm reminding you of that today. So tune in and learn from my mistakes and let's continue on this journey of taking care of us TOGETHER as we move forward. On the last episode we talked about habits to avoid in your morning routines, and today we are talking about the things you need to consider when setting up a morning routine. Instagram is full of beautiful morning routines that we all would love to make ours look like, but reality is, we are not all the same and most of the things we see on social media won't work for everyone. I'm talking about several things to consider when trying to implement a morning routine.. and spoiler alert... it starts the night before! Our morning routines can really set the tone for the rest of the day so we need to make sure we are being intentional with the things we do and taking time for ourselves... EVEN if you only have 5 minutes extra!
