33 - Let's Have a Happier Holiday Season This Year
Do you ever get to the beginning of the year and look back over the holidays and wish they would have looked different? I DO all the time!!! So this year I've created a tracker to help me keep my priorities, PRIORITY this season. Today I'm talking about 6 things I'm focusing on this year to make sure my self-care and time with my family remain priority. I'm also including a few things to make sure I am in control of my weeks and checking in with myself on things I need to do differently each week. I would love for you to join me in the Happier Holiday challenge and keep track of the 6 things I'm sharing in todays episode, or tweak the list to fit your needs to make sure we end the season with as much joy as possible. We start the challenge on Sunday, November 20th and run through December 31st. 6 full weeks of keeping on track for happiness and joy, that will ensure we jump into the New Year knowing we focused on our self and our families with more intention in the season.
