32 - I fell off the Self-Care Train! What I've learned & was reminded through it!

I'm back after a 2 month break and I'm sharing on the podcast why I was on a break, how I fell off the Self-Care train, and what I learned through it all!

I'm not perfect, I struggle with balancing it all... JUST LIKE YOU. But I was reminded again why it is SO important to be intentional and make sure I am taking time to take care of ME! It's easy for all of us to slip when it comes to putting ourselves first when we have so many things that are priority in our lives. Nobody is immune to it. There isn't anything wrong with you if you fall off ... BUT it is so important to shake it off and get back into your rhythms and routines and to be intentional about taking care of you! YOU DESERVE IT and so do the people around you. Being healthy is so much more than a pant size or number on a scale and I'm reminding you of that today. So tune in and learn from my mistakes and let's continue on this journey of taking care of us TOGETHER as we move forward. I'm in it with you and I'm here to help encourage, inspire and support you as you figure out the best ways to care for you!
