What Fills Your Cup
WFYC: ep. 15 navigating life in your mid 20's

Welcome back to another episode of the What Fills Your Cup Podcast! In today’s episode we will discuss how navigating life in your 20's looks different to everyone. Feeling behind? Not knowing what to do or where to go once you're finished school? Comparing your life to others you see online? Feeling rushed? These are all very common emonios many of us feel in our mid twenties, during a time where we are still learning about ourselves. What we like, what we don't, our interests, passions and hobbies- it all is a part of growing each day. In this conversation your host reminds you all that there is no reason to rush life, to slow down, enjoy being young, and try not to put so much pressure on yourself to have it all figured out. Discovering what your dreams are, and what your personal goals are that you want to accomplish in this lifetime is going to be completely different than what other people around you want to achieve- so what's the point of worrying if you're "behind"? I hope this episode is a reminder for you all that everyone's life paths look different, to soak up the now, enjoy the present, and to chase whatever goal or dream you may have. Life is short, no need to rush the journey!Don't forget to subscribe to the What Fills You Cup YouTube channel, follow on Spotify or Apple Music and share with your friends!
