Welcome back to another episode of the What Fills Your Cup Podcast! In this week's solo episode we dive deep into what it was like growing up with undiagnosed ADHD. From a young age I always felt as though something was wrong, however it wasn't until I turned 22 that I went to go see a specialist and (finally) got the answer I was looking for. Discussing what it was like in school, friendships, navigating how my brain works, and most importantly, accepting to love myself just the way I am! As we get vulnerable, I remind you that in no way am I glamourizing having ADHD, at most, I am shining light on my personal experience and how I have grown to embrace the way I am programmed. I understand that ADHD can look different for those who struggle with it, and this is me sharing my experience(s). Here's a friendly reminder that we are all built differently, and that is something we should EMBRACE!Don't forget to subscribe to the What Fills You Cup YouTube channel, follow on Spotify or Apple Music and share with your friends!
