10 weeks from now I will be doing my official '1 year post baby' photoshoot!

I gave myself 12 months to get to a place where I felt fit, strong and happy again after my emergency c section and this is my final phase!

I am really going for it over the next 10 weeks so I am putting in place things that I know will help me success and therefor hopefully help you to!

This week I want to cover how much the food quality we consume really does impact us in so many areas!


I feel as though marketing is getting sassier we are becoming blinder to whats really in our food.

Just because something says its high protein, its also missing out the high salt/ high sugar/ high additives which all impact us negatively.

Just because something states 2 of your 5 a day on the label doesn't automatically mean its a 'healthy' choice.


I'm not here to demonize or tear down your diet, just to open your eyes a little wider to the world we are living in!
