This week I want to cover how much the food quality we consume really does impact us in so many areas!
I feel as though marketing is getting sassier we are becoming blinder to whats really in our food.
Just because something says its high protein, its also missing out the high salt/ high sugar/ high additives which all impact us negatively.
Just because something states 2 of your 5 a day on the label doesn't automatically mean its a 'healthy' choice.
I'm not here to demonize or tear down your diet, just to open your eyes a little wider to the world we are living in!
