#25: The Everyday Products Quietly Messing With Your Hormones

Ever wonder why you still feel off — tired, bloated, anxious — even when you’re doing everything “right”? You eat clean, you work out, you take your supplements… but your body still doesn’t feel like it’s on your side.

In this episode, I walk you through my home, room by room, exposing the everyday products that quietly mess with your hormones — from your skincare and perfume to your cookware and clothes. It’s not about living perfectly non-toxic; it’s about understanding how the tiny, invisible things we use every day compound over time.

I’ll share the swaps I’m actually making, what I’m keeping, and what I’m letting go of. You’ll walk away with a clearer sense of how to lower your toxic load without losing your mind — and how to make small changes that actually matter for your hormones, gut, and nervous system.

If this one hits, send it to a friend who’s been saying, “I don’t know why I feel like this lately.”

#24: Stop Relying on Coffee to Poop. Here's The Real Fix for Digestion & Bloating

If your morning starts with coffee because it’s the only way you can go… same. I used to think it was normal until I quit caffeine and realized my digestion was a complete mess. If you’re bloated, constipated, or stuck in the coffee-to-poop cycle, this episode is for you.

I break down the truth about why digestion stalls — from gut dysbiosis and sluggish MMCs (your gut’s “cleaning wave”) to nervous system burnout and nutrient absorption issues.

More importantly, I share the small, unsexy habits that actually helped me fix my gut: slow mornings, warm water rituals, meal spacing, nervous system regulation, and a few go-to hacks when nothing else works. This isn’t about restriction or perfection — it’s about finally feeling regular, energized, and at home in your body.

#23: Cycle Syncing Made Simple: How to Eat, Train & Work With Your Hormones

Ever feel like your body is working against you? Same. For years I pushed through HIIT workouts on my period, lived on cold smoothies, and ignored every signal my hormones were giving me. When I quit birth control after almost a decade, my body crashed — hello hormonal acne, SIBO, low energy, anxiety, and mood swings.

That’s when I discovered cycle syncing: the practice of eating, exercising, and planning your life in alignment with the 4 phases of your menstrual cycle (menstrual, follicular, ovulation, luteal). It completely shifted how I manage my energy, mood, and digestion — and I wish I started in my early twenties.

In this episode, I break down:

  • The 4 phases of your cycle explained simply

  • How I eat, move, and work differently in each phase

  • What cycle syncing actually did for my PMS, acne, and gut health

  • Why awareness (not perfection) is the real secret

Whether you’re brand new to cycle syncing or curious if it can fit into a busy lifestyle, this conversation will give you the framework to start living in sync with your hormones instead of fighting them.

#22: 3 Daily Tea Rituals For Gut & Nervous System Healing

I used to think tea was just… tea. But once I started learning about herbs like aged mandarin peel, burdock root, and rose, I realized that the right blends could completely change the way my body handles stress, digestion, and sleep.

In this episode, I walk you through my daily tea rituals from morning to night — the exact blends I make, why they work, and how I tailor them to my cycle and the seasons. We’ll talk about:

  • How I swapped coffee for a morning blend that actually helps me poop 🙃

  • My go-to afternoon ritual for stable energy (without the crash)

  • Why flowers like rose + chrysanthemum calm both my skin and my nervous system

  • The evening tea blend that tells my body it’s time to rest

Whether you’re dealing with bloating, anxious energy, or restless sleep, these rituals aren’t just about what’s in your cup — they’re about teaching your body to feel safe again.

Think you’re doing everything right for your health — eating clean, journaling, sleeping early — but you’re still bloated, anxious, and running on fumes?
You might be stuck in the same trap I was: doing too much, without even realizing it.

In this episode, I’m sharing 13 everyday habits that secretly sabotage your gut health and dysregulate your nervous system — and how to shift them for better digestion, more energy, and a calmer mind.
    We’ll cover:

#20: The $0 Nighttime Routine That Rewired My Nervous System

I used to think a “night routine” meant candles, skincare, and journaling under a weighted blanket. But the truth? I was spiraling in bed at midnight, bloated, overstimulated, and wondering why I woke up anxious every day.

If your evenings feel like chaos but you keep trying to “win the morning,” this one’s for you.

In this episode, I walk you through the real, unsexy rituals I started doing before 10PM that actually helped calm my nervous system — no aesthetics, no perfection.

We talk about digestion, sleep anxiety, late-night overthinking, and why your body doesn’t care about magnesium if you’re still doomscrolling.

You’ll leave with a handful of $0 rituals and a softer, more sustainable way to wind down — especially if you’re healing from burnout, gut issues, or just being “on” all the time.

If this hit, send it to a friend who’s rebuilding their nervous system from scratch.

In this solo episode, I’m walking you through the exact $94/week nervous system healing routine that helped me recover from burnout, chronic anxiety, and cystic acne — without expensive programs or trendy wellness gimmicks.

#16: 7 Things I Regret From My 20s — From an Asian Woman Who Had to Unlearn It All

Self help gurus always say "don't have regrets" but tbh, I do. If I could go back in time, I would change certain choices I've made. But I also recognize that without making those "regrets", I wouldn't have gotten the valuable lessons I have today :) Nonetheless, I think we're in such an abundant era where it's so easy to get guidance or mentorship, or even just get general life advice/guidance online. Of course, there's alot of noise on the internet and it can be overwhelming, but at least there are resources (back in my early 20s, social media was just starting to become a thing lol)

It's been a while since I posted a video. I took some time off social media and content creation to focus on slowing down and healing my health. This video was filmed in November 2024 in Ko Samui, Thailand. In the summer of 2024, I started getting painful cystic acne, dermatitis, and digestive issues, and my anxiety/depression started to become unmanageable. I spent thousands of dollars working with health specialists to figure out what was wrong. After months of tests, consulting with various professionals, and many hours of research, I've found multiple root causes. Sometimes we overlook subconscious behaviours and habits that don't seem like a big deal in the moment. Overtime, things we do in our daily life or the way we go about our days, can stack and spiral into a larger issue. This video is for anyone who may be going through similar issues, but even more so for those who tend to be more type A personality or grew up placing heavy pressure on themselves to do well in life (ie. career, fitness, etc).
