When I quit birth control after almost a decade, my body crashed — hello hormonal acne, SIBO, low energy, anxiety, and mood swings.

That’s when I discovered cycle syncing: the practice of eating, exercising, and planning your life in alignment with the 4 phases of your menstrual cycle (menstrual, follicular, ovulation, luteal). It completely shifted how I manage my energy, mood, and digestion — and I wish I started in my early twenties.
