Some believe that this compound is performance-enhancing, while others believe it’s simply a tool that can be used for performance recovery. Where is this fine line drawn? And are there other substances that are also performance-enhancing, but not on the prohibited list? This episode dives into why athletes use cannabis, my personal experience with using the plant for pre and post-workout, what official sports organizations think about the plant, double standards with the prohibited list, and where the future of cannabis lies for the sport and athletics community.
