#16: 7 Things I Regret From My 20s — From an Asian Woman Who Had to Unlearn It All

Self help gurus always say "don't have regrets" but tbh, I do. If I could go back in time, I would change certain choices I've made. But I also recognize that without making those "regrets", I wouldn't have gotten the valuable lessons I have today :) Nonetheless, I think we're in such an abundant era where it's so easy to get guidance or mentorship, or even just get general life advice/guidance online. Of course, there's alot of noise on the internet and it can be overwhelming, but at least there are resources (back in my early 20s, social media was just starting to become a thing lol)
