We again talk with trauma specialist Dr. Christie Jackson, the founder of Evolution Trauma and Wellness on New York City. Our conversation focuses on finding purpose, accepting our importance, being open to change, and going back home when your childhood environment was unhealthy.
Dr. Jackson formerly served as the Director of the PTSD Clinic at the Manhattan VA Medical Center.
