One year. Two kids. 35 pounds lost.
Ezra just turned one (!!), and today I’m pulling back the curtain on my 1-year postpartum weight loss journey. From healing physically and emotionally, to navigating breastfeeding, business, and mom life with two kids—this past year has been full of growth (not just the baby kind).
