Hi, I’m Heather. I’m a wife, mom, and certified health educator passionate about helping people know more and fear less. For years, I made healthcare decisions that were a bit unconventional, but I never felt confident about my choices because I lacked knowledge of how the system worked, and it seemed too confusing. Over the years, I’ve learned to listen to my gut, and I went back to school to know the truth about health. That experience helped me create a fear-shattering system that has helped me navigate this arena with increasing confidence. Now, I am here to share it with you! Together, we will cut through the noise and navigate the tricky landscape of insurance and doctor partnerships, medical conflicts of interest, the history of various medical procedures, and follow the money trail.
