It is winter here in Australia and during this time of year, it feels like we all lose a lot of motivation and momentum, so to combat that, we can use the middle of the year as a 'check in point' to check in with ourselves, what we have achieved, what we want to change and what we want to work on. In this week's episode I bring on one of my besties - Eryn, and we discuss a 30-day challenge we are setting ourselves to reset our lives and get back to living in alignment with our greater goals.

Love, Sex and Psych is getting a rebrand!! I've loved the journey I have been on this past year with starting my very first podcast. I have learnt a lot along the way but I have come to the decision that I am ready to start the next chapter of this podcast. Love, Sex and Psych will now be called 'The Twenties Mindset.' The Twenties Mindset will be a space where I talk about navigating the ups and downs of life in your twenties. I will be breaking down relationships, societal expectations, careers, self-discovery and everything else that comes with being a twenty-something year old. To spice things up I will also be having a monthly book club episode for anyone that is obsessed with books as much as I am! I hope you can all join me in this new chapter!
The first full episode of The Twenties Mindset will be live at 6am AEST 14/2/24.
