37. Heal Yourself, Heal Generations

You start your healing journey because you are struggling with your own emotions, but when you begin healing – you end up healing generations.

When you heal your own wounds...

you are healing the wounds that were put on you from your grandparents, parents, and now onto you. You heal generations before you and after you, including being the 'cycle breaker' for your own children.

All your emotions aren't yours, and were never yours to carry, but today you are the cycle breaker....pain will not be passed down to your children.

Tune in to learn more about generational healing and how brave it is that you are choosing to do this work.

2. What abundance looks and feels like.

35. Contention = Connection

Contention with your baby or child isn't to make you angry or rageful, it is your child seeking connection.

Using the mantra: "Contention = Connection" when your baby is crying inconsolably (even after your fed, changed their diaper, and comforted them) and when your toddler or older child is throwing a tantrum or having some big emotions, remember to say this to yourself. ^

Introspectively, you will start seeing this within yourself as you start your own healing journey. Seeing your own emotions as messages, that you too are desiring connection in some way when you feel contentious.

TUNE IN to learn more....

Remember you will find yourself in motherhood!
