In this final episode of season 1 of the podcast (ps there were no season's, I've just created one because I can!


This episode is dedicated to my Dad who died 5 years ago today. When I woke up this morning feeling unmotivated to show up, I thought to myself...What would Bob Laird do?


Only recently I realised that I've lost parts of my younger self that I'd inherited from my Dad because I was connecting them to parts of him that I didn't like so past me, was put to bed as I evolved into a newer version.


But in doing that, I’ve lost parts of me that I now want to call back in. The boldness. The resilience. The f**k it energy I get to decide who I want to be now. I can be both soft and strong, loving and bold. I’ve realised that I’ve been shrinking parts of me because I didn’t think they fit the version of me I was trying to become.

But they’re all part of me. And I am who I am today because of them.


So in this episode, we’ll explore how you can start channeling every single version of yourself. Not rejecting who you used to be, but cherry-picking the best parts and integrating them into who you are now—and who you’re becoming.


It’s time to stop hiding and start owning all of you.
