I hear it all the time: “I don’t have time. I’ll start when I’m less busy. I’ll start when things settle down.”

But here’s the truth—you have to make time for yourself. Because if you don’t, you’ll keep moving through life on autopilot, repeating the same patterns, feeling stuck, and wondering why nothing changes.


A morning routine doesn’t have to be complicated. It doesn’t have to take an hour. It can be just 10 minutes—but those 10 minutes can completely shift your energy, your focus, and the way you show up in the world.

For the past 10 years, I’ve committed to starting my day with intention. I meditate, I journal, I move my body, and I check in with myself. Not because I have to, but because I know that unless I take care of myself first, I have nothing to give to anyone else.

💖 Move your body – stretch, breathe, or just take a few deep breaths.

💖 Set your daily intention – Today, I choose to see love, be love, and give love.
