HI beautiful being,
it has been a while and today we are diving into the topic of self-development!
I got inspired to share this episode because a lot of my coaching clients (and I know that of myself) still hold on to this idea that we will reach a point in life where we finally feel happy & settled. I invite you to re-write your narrative and see life as a playground for your soul to make useful learning experiences that you can implement in life. I am also sharing some of my own personal development story with you!
Let me know your thoughts and I would love to hear from you what topics you would like to know more about!

Give yourself the gift of a 15 minute singing meditation to ground yourself and re-connect to light and yourself.
You are a beautiful tree with unique talents & gifts. A tree that grows, sheds layers, loses leaves and grows new ones. Sometimes you might be so stuck in your trunk and the thoughts circle you inward - making it feel like there is no way out or up. Being so stuck in our head often makes us forget how deep the roots of our tree can go into the ground and connect us to the Earth. We forget that we can trust ourselves and this life and that we are exactly where we are supposed to be. Remember your roots. Remember that your tree has been planted on this Earth for a reason. Feel grounded & rooted.
Sometimes our tree feels like it is dying, slowly rotting. There are no new leaves growing, we seem to be stuck. We make ourselves smaller than we actually are. Allow yourself to reach up again - connect to the light or something higher. Connect upwards to the joy of life, the growth, the possibilities. There are endless possibilities. There is already abundance around you. Reach up and allow yourself to see. Feel connected to light.
Let me know how this meditation experience was for you. I would love to hear from you!

Do you often find yourself mindlessly scrolling or grabbing your phone when you don't want to sit in your discomfort or with boredom? In this episode I share my experience with Social Media, the positive effects on my mental health and focus during my Social Media detox and 3 steps how you can reflect with me to engage more consciously with Social Media:
1) Take an inventory of your Social Media use: How often do you go on Social Media? How much time do you spend on it? What do you use it for? Why do you use it in that moment in time?
2) Assess the impact on your life: What emotions are you feeling when you engage on Social Media or after having been on it? How does Social Media shape your world-view? Are you putting pressure on yourself with Social Media?
3) As you have created space and awareness - now it's time to re-evaluate your use of these apps and consciously decide how much time you want to spend on them. You get to find methods that work for you to train your mind and focus on these platforms.
Let me know what you could take from this episode. I would also love to know your strategies for limiting your phone / Social Media time.
Have a beautiful day,
Selin

Join in on this short reflection on self-love asking yourself:
The first step to moving towards more self-love is always asking yourself questions to take a snapshot of your current situation and questioning the rules that you impose on yourself. By imposing these rules you might create a lot of internal pressure of "never enough" to love and accept yourself. Maybe it's time to set yourself free from this pressure and allow yourself to fly high - not on achievement, but on life satisfaction.
At the end of this short episode we will do a short meditation helping you to lovingly embrace your emotions and whatever is present in your internal world.
I would love to hear from you!
