Whats up everyone. The launch of TheSelfArchitect has passed and we're now getting to work inside the process itself. I'm super excited to bring it to the world and use this podcast channel to share my insights and wisdom to those who are in need.
Todays episode is all about high performers and those who are constantly wired for more. I explore why pattern this is happening and what you can do to help yourself out, if it applies to you (if you dare to admit so ;)). I hope you enjoy!
If you're someone who struggles with relationships and is wanting to seek some clarity on what you can do to improve that and create a future of long lasting union with those you love most, this episode is for you. We deep dive into your unmet needs and how you are projecting them onto another, and how your inner child work will allow you to develop an emotional tool kit that will serve you for the rest of your life. I hope you take a nugget or two :)
Episode 50! Who knew 2 years ago I'd end up recording 50 personal podcasts...crazy! This was probably my favourite and I would say most profound episode that I've released yet.
I believe the world is struggling at the moment with the lack of love that circulates, hopefully bringing awareness to the subject will allow people to awaken and give themselves and those around them a little more compassion. Let me know if you enjoy it!
Approaching episode 50...crazy! A bit of a shorter one today & I actually really enjoyed it, so there may be more at this length moving forward. This will be my final episode whilst over in Indonesia before I travel back home, so I've been reflecting a fair bit on some of the lessons I've learnt (there are so many!), some of which I've spoke over, & some of which I'll cover in its own ep once I'm back in routine! I hope you enjoy and if you do, let me know :)
A Bali exclusive....Inspired by my environment with this one. I've only been here for a few weeks already but it's refreshing to see how the culture & people operate, especially in comparison to the UK. Its not about what you have, nor what you do, its about who you are. Pretty beautiful if you ask me.
Whats up everyone! Another all encompassing ep coming at you. Remember, if you do enjoy and find it useful, please follow, share and give my pod a rating :) It'd be much appreciated!
Whats up everyone. Another big 40 minutes going down the path of emotions, fear, love, attachment, death, loss, courage and more. A little bit about my own journey in there too to spice things up, I hope you enjoy! Let me know if you do, and share it to anyone who you think would find it beneficial. Peace x
Whats up everyone, I hope you're all well. Im in new waters with this episode (as I describe at the beginning), so I'm proud of myself for posting it. I cover all sorts of topics from emotional intelligence, secure and in-secure attachment, self regulation and healing through connection. I hope you can find it useful in some way and if you did, pass it on to someone else who you think could benefit!
Hello everyone. We're digging deep into the human psyche today and uncovering what lies beneath the surface of our conscious mind. Once we take time to truly digest this information and apply some of the practical steps that I cover in the back end of the pod, you can begin to generate a life that is fruitful, full of the things you've always desired. Or shall I say, you become by unbecoming. I hope you enjoy :)

Happy Sunday people! I enjoyed rambling on this one! I heard the question 'Are you driven or are you dragged?" being asked on the Diary Of A CEO over a year ago, and its stuck ever since. Its something I've asked myself in many different ways and asked others too. With a lot of thought, its given me a great perspective as to what drives us as humans and it's almost been an anchor point I've come back to when I've needed, especially over the past year. Most people don't have a clue about whats driving them (or dragging them in that matter ;) ) to do the things they do, be the person they are and sacrifice many parts of themselves to achieve status and external validation.
I'm interested to hear what your opinions are! Let me know if you enjoy the episode & share it if you think someone may find it useful.
Hello people. In todays episode I discuss my journey with self examination & self awareness. How its allowed me to understand myself and integrate more of my emotional world, and embrace true authenticity. I'm by no means the best at this and I'm still working on it, but its given me the opportunity to move forward and improve my own life in both my day to day and times of crisis.
Theres some practical tips towards the back end and a little reading from myself to start (something I've never done before so maybe it could become a consistent, who knows?!). I hope you enjoy and if you do, let me know your feedback as I'd love to hear it!
I'm back, and I bet you've been wondering where I've been. Well, thats something I'm going to cover in further detail in another solo pod, but today I wanted to talk to you about true behaviour change, re-wiring core beliefs, and a little bit about trauma and the power of love and fear.
You could say these are different topics to what I've covered in the past, but with how 2024 went, and the lessons I learnt about myself and I guess life in general, I'm super excited to share these discoveries with you and hopefully help you change your life off the back of it too.
Let me know if you enjoy!
