In today's episode I'm exploring the balancing of polarities and not letting the pendulum swing too far in either direction. Some of the examples of pendulum swings gone too far for me in recent years are the balance between the masculine and the feminine, the mind and the intuition and the spiritual and the material. I'm also talking about how balancing is a verb and not a constant and that it's actually more of a both and situation than an either or.

In this episode I'm reflecting on being a human doing versus human being and why we are so obsessed with doing things all of the time. I'm sharing my own journey with constant productivity and how I'm practicing sensing into what wants to happen rather than fooling myself into thinking that my to-do-list is a matter of life and death and that my worth comes from doing more. Curious to hear what this episode sparks in you!

Do you know how to find your own-sourced safety from within? In this episode I talk about attachment styles and how my anxious tendencies have showed up in my new relationship. How I remind myself to stay in the present and find trust from a deeper source than the guarantees and control that my mind is searching for. I hope this serves you well.

What if you didn't need to control your life? What if you're just part of the flow and there's a way of flowing downstream that's actually the perfect unfolding of your life? In this episode I talk about abundance and allowing and trust, all those things that makes life juicy. Even when it's hard.

I recorded this episode right after a 4-day non-duality retreat with @simranmeditation because I wanted to remind myself of what the recognition does to my day-to-day experience of my life. After having a period of not remembering/ connecting/ being with 'I', my true self, it's so interesting to observe the contrast for my avatar. Even though there's no words to describe what I'm pointing at it's my hope that this conversation sparks the recognition in you too.

One of my more vulnerable episodes where I actually get the insights from my intuition in the recording. I've been struggling a lot lately and my intuition just gave me the permission slip to just let it go. What if that goes for you too? It's a fine balance between working, self-leadership, staying in the driver's seat and surrender/ letting go/ not doing, but what if I claim you know what you need now? What do you need?

How can you allow all of your parts, past, present and to come without judgement. I find that what I judge in others is also within me and I also reflect on the fact that I've now become so much of what I used to judge. It all makes me very humble about who I think I am and how I express in this world. It's changed and it likely will continue to so I choose to show grace to my parts and all of my judgements.

In this episode I talk about the upper limit problem (ref The big leap by Gay Hendricks) and how we sometimes create unnecessary suffering for ourselves unconsciously. Life is painful for all of us from time to time but I do believe we can thrive here also. We need to allow the beauty, love, joy and abundance in to get to experience it and it’s not always easy. I share my own process with my upper limits and share perspectives that I hope are helpful.

This framework from Genia Haddon was shared with me by my friendAmit Paul about a year ago and it has added so much to my way of seeing and experiencing these energies within and around me that I really wanted to share them here with you. My mind loves a good framework but of course it's the application in real life that makes the difference. I hope this serves you! Please let me know what this evokes in you.

Are you noticing some intense energies right now? It seems many of us are. Regardless, I felt called to record an episode on the simple practices that I use almost daily to ground, reconnect with myself and take care of my animal body. This is not an exclusive list but it's the things that feels closest to me right now and that help me come back to the present moment and take care of Helena the best way I can. I hope this episode serves you at this time. If you like it, please share it with someone you think might benefit.

There's nothing more important than knowing who you are. That's why I've invited my friend Navid to the podcast to point us back to the truth of existence again. I know it's a big statement but I'd encourage you to check for yourself if you haven't already.
Listen to some of our earlier episodes here, here and here.
In this conversation we talk about death and impermanence. How we can relate to victim mentality and our egos from who we are. And why unconditional love is easy-peasy from truth realized :)
You'll find Navid on Instagram @simranmeditation and his website is: www.simranmeditation.com

In this week's episode I'm talking about the intuition and what it means for me today. I've been guided by my intuition my whole life and in the last few years I've really leaned into what I call an intuitive life in flow. I'm reflecting on what that taught me this year and how I want to relate kinder to my mind with regards to that, remembering I don't have to prove anything or always follow my intuition if I don't feel ready. I hope this episode inspires you to explore, listen and play with your own intuition.

Is the ego good or bad? Is the goal here to erase the ego? I'm talking about my resent experience with an ego flare-up and how I think we need to relate to it for it not to take over our lives.
Nothing really leaves until you love it someone said and I believe that's true. The ego is just trying to protect us but it's overly reactive, fearful and controlling (much like the mind) so we need to be aware of the space it takes in our lives. Can we love our ego enough for it to choose to calm down on its own?

In this first full-length episode of the podcast I share some of my perspectives on freedom. How it's an inside out job for most of us, making a Tuesday morning in November into a better experience for all of us. It's about taking full responsibility, focusing on our zone of influence, accepting what we cannot change and feeling our feelings as we go about our lives.
This is a packed episode that I hope you'll get a lot of nice perspectives and reminders out of.

My intention with this podcast is to support you in your inner shift, to make you feel a little less lonely on that journey and to give you encouragement and tools to do the inner work. Not just for yourself but for all of us. Because you are important, you are needed, I want to help you peel of the layers to your own inner truth, so that you can be the puzzle piece in the whole that you are here to be. And of course all that applies to myself as well, I'm on the journey with you, we're doing it together.
