Leanne has totally transformed her life after having a nervous breakdown in her 20's after years of partying, djing, drugs and overworking caught up with her, bringing her life to a grinding halt for year. Leanne's life began to shift after being encouraged by a close friend to go and watch a reiki session taking place which began her Spiritual Journey. This one Reiki Session awoke something inside of Leanne leading her to explore a path of holistic healing which opened her to connect deeper through her music and intuition to now sharing her knowledge and experiences with others through online and in-person events, helping others unlock their creativity and gifts from within.
Leanne shares her experiences with her fears of public speaking plus how volunteering at Stone Cold Sober Festival has helped her confidence plus led her to collaborating with others which has led to unleashing an abundance of spiritual creativity. Leanne opens up to how breathwork and lucid dreaming has helped her free herself from past trauma and step into her power. Leanne's motivation and drive continues to evolve as she explores the world of boxing which has also deepened her connection to her son which is now stronger than ever.

Lauren experienced total energy loss, experiencing adrenal fatigue and having to slow down and allow her body to recover over the years. Lauren speaks about her experience with anxiety, panic attacks and unexpressed grief that suddenly appeared after years of supressed emotions.
Lauren also recently underwent surgery and shares her journey of stage 3 endometriosis, fibroids and fertility and how this has reframed her beliefs and thoughts around motherhood, love and relationships.

In today's episode I am joined by the inspiring playful Carlos Mundalah - Music Writer, Music Producer, Ceremonial Facilitator and Ecstatic Dancer. Music and sound is Carlos' main focus on life, bridging self growth, respect to indigenous cultures, personal processes and respect to life through music, movement and sound creations. Carlos has incredibly self taught himself to play instruments from his early teens. Despite coming from a non-musical family and originally studying Bio-Medical Engineering, Carlos pursued his passion of music and sound which in time has led him to writing, producing and publishing over 100 songs! These songs allowed supressed emotions to release through exploring music and in time led him to now working with ceremonial songs for healing and expansion.
I first encountered Carlos' magical music compositions during an online Mandala Yoga Teacher course with The Yoga People where Carlos was delivering live music during the yoga flows which complimented the practices to create a beautiful meditative trance during the flows. Carlos shares how he creates his music for different intentions and emotions from rapping, to singing and releasing. Carlos is so creative and has spent years experimenting intuitively to opening to sound therapy through his voice which he shares how this has changed his connection to his body and consciousness plus how he now teaches others to connect to their inner power through sound. We explore how our voices, emotions and movement have been supressed by societies to now finding that freedom through using our voices and body's wisdom and play. Carlos also shares about sweat lodges, medicine ceremonies, traditional Indian ecstatic dancing, expressing rage and more.

In today's episode I am joined by the wise & bold Kayley Colligan - Angelic Reiki Master, Women's Circle Facilitator, wife and mum of 2 plus co-running Simply Spiritual Healing Business and event organising in Wakefield.
Kayley's spiritual journey began as she entered motherhood to her 1st daughter Eleanor which had its own challenges navigating new parenthood yet overall was a smooth and comfortable journey, however after the birth of their 2nd child, Kayley went through 8 months of undiagnosed postnatal depression, Kayley shares her experiences around this time and how past generations of womb trauma came to a head for her to feel, explore and work through. Kayley shares her journey with breast feeding and how outside influences can impact beliefs and experiences with feeding.
Kayley was parentified during her childhood growing up in an abusive family home and left home in her teens which led to severe anxiety and suicidal thoughts, feeling no sense of life purpose and reason to be here. Kayley's mindset shifted after finding out she was pregnant which then led to finding her confidence to sing and hold ceremonial space as her spiritual journey began. Kayley's husband Paul trained with Ceremonial Cacao which then opened new avenues for their lives.
Kayley is now seeking to find balance with family life, exploring running and creating business ventures, connecting to spirit and being of service to humanity. Kayley shares her experiences with motherhood, getting to re-know herself through this chapter of life, how mantra and journaling helped through challenges around food, control and post natal depression. We also chat about how we are learning to connect to our feminine energy, connecting to our bodies and our senses.

In today's episode I am joined by the witty talented Danny Lestuzzi aka Bongo Boy who shares his heart warming transformational journey with drumming his way back to health and wellbeing his sharing his magical drumming to others all over the UK.
Danny was stuck and feeling alone in a bubble of grief, depression and anxiety after the passing of his Grandma and his Dad which led to spiralling patterns of alcohol, drugs, food binges, isolating himself which led to a nervous breakdown in 2018.
Realising that something needed to change, taking time away from work, Danny began connecting to his local community exploring alternative healing modalities with Reiki and Breathwork. With the support of his close friend Tam, Danny was encouraged to volunteer at Stone Cold Sober Festival in 2022 which then snowballed into other conscious sober festivals. Danny got pulled into a drumming circle which instantly changed his world to begin his drumming journey with Drumbelina (his Djembe African Drum).
Danny has now explored alternative ways of healing such as breathwork, cold water therapy, men's circles and much more which has opened him up to connecting to the power of vulnerability of connecting to sharing his voice and emotions which has been a guide/ tool to help him begin to navigate through what he had been repressing.
Having a tough split in his family life from the age of 6 being torn between the UK and Italy, Danny shares his experience of being split with family life and how over the years it had hardened his emotional connection to himself and others.
Danny shares his insights, wisdom and a tips for exploring different modalities for wellbeing, navigating emotions and learning about our true self.

In today's episode I am joined by the fiesty, fun, passionate Panna Vekaria, an Intuitive Artist & Facilitator that works intuitively with her work and clients to co-create with divine to produce pieces of artwork as an expression of their soul's blueprint as well also creating safe spaces for group sessions where clients can create their own intuitive spiritual artwork.
Her spiritual experiences began from around 7 years old, experiencing a lonely scary childhood that supressed her creativity and uniqueness until her late teens/ early 20s, feeling that she did not quite belong despite having a loving home, something felt like it was missing. After going through a marriage breakdown, recovering from a brain tumour and having twins, Panna found the confidence to slowly allow herself to flow with her creative skills that she then stepped away from a corporate job to rediscovering herself through life experiences, music, art and meditation.
Her strength and resilience from her youth helped Panna move through such intense periods, making tough decisions to ensure she could finally put herself first, allowing whatever was needed to flow to her, connecting her to source and uniting with her spiritual team, alongside the love from her children to guide and support her to follow her heart.
Panna shares how she came back into alignment with her soul's purpose, shedding past relationships, jobs and facing her fears after being encouraged and supported by friends to play around with instagram and the online world which has helped her attract the right people to grow and nurture her soul-led business and live a life that nourishes her heart and children. Panna has explored her curiousity through books, nature, life experiences and moving now with the Seasons which has deepened her connection to herself and her children.
Panna shares how she listens and communicates with her children so they feel heard, seen and loved. We also explore boundaries, the importance of spending time with yourself, the power of learning to say no and learning to soothe ourselves through challenging experiences. Panna now flows with life, dedicating time for herself daily, and truly loves, appreciates and shows up for herself, sharing tips and ideas to love who you are inside and out.

Regular Breathwork can bring real change to your life including enhanced moods, boosted immune system, lowered stress and inflammation, better focus, more energy, detoxification and the list goes on. My guiding voice mixed with the rhythmic music really helps to go deeper into a state of relaxation and bliss. So if you want the full experience, wear headphones and be in a quiet comfortable place. Perhaps have a journal also to spend some time after the session with you.

Today's flavoursome guest is Rach Cox - yoga instructor, stand up comedian and Om & Bass Creator. Rach has transformed her life from once being a lawyer at one of the largest law firms in the world to birthing the UK's first wellness festival. After many years of self harming, party drugs, medication, mental health challenges and a breakdown, Rach's mum encouraged Rach to go to India to explore Yoga to become less 'fighty' which began her journey of self respect and self love through Yoga, Pranayama and Yoga Philosophies.
Rach has practised martial arts most of her life and now spends 2-3 months in Thailand Muay Thai Training as well as other practices to regenerate between retreats, festivals and events. Rach has always had a way of being down to earth with her Spiritual Journey which then led her to being encouraged by the Wim Hoff daughters to step into stand up comedy.

Jote-Prakash shares his experiences and how this has now led to him creating his own conscious festivals, space holding courses and developing practices to bring a grounded approach of altered states to interweave into everyday life.
Jote-Prakash shares about his next upcoming book around commitment, discipline and devotion and how after learning to commit to 40 day and even 1000 day practices has taught him to utilise these philosophies into all different aspects of his life including creating his first published book 'The Big Trip'. Jote-Prakash shares about his book, the link between psychosis and his spiritual awakening after his own personal journey of psychosis at the age of 17 and how he re-entered the world with a more grounded approach.
