After spending most of her life dieting and following rigid exercise routines, an unexpected life event meant Kat had to let go of control of all of this which led to significant changes to her body that led to self disgust. Kat shares her powerful journey of self love, transforming her relationship with her body through painting to find acceptance with who she is in every moment, breaking free of the Diet culture, societal norms and Patriarchy system. Through Kat's art and events, she empowers women to also step into their power and love themselves from the inside out and the outside in!
