Ayla shares her vulnerable journey with being suddenly diagnosed with terminal cancer and how the practice of Yoga Nidra supported her back to a full recovery. From being barely able to move her body and learning to walk again, Yoga Nidra became the practice that helped Ayla shift her entire mindset around self acceptance, death and being present. We explore how Yoga Nidra helped Ayla learn to explore her emotions, express herself and gain a deeper understanding of her connection to self as well as the world.
