In today's episode I am joined by the delightful Emily Turvey aka The Empowered Woman, Human Design Coach, Flow Dance Facilitator, Yoga Instructor & Festival Steward Manager.

In 2017 Emily went through a dark challenging time which the Universe shifted her direction in life, guiding Emily to study Human Design for the past 7 years, expanding her connection to self through her learnings.

Join us as we explore the world of Human Design, getting to know some of the fundamentals of this fascinating synthesis of ancient and modern sciences that reveals your energy type, strengths, challenges and life purpose. We explore how Human Design can also attract certain types of relationships into our lives and how to bring ourselves back into alignment when getting to know who we are whilst breaking free from societal conditioning.

Plus Emily shares some of her self care practices that have supported her through these roller coaster years navigating through grief and other emotions, connecting her to compassion and self love, opening another doorway to becoming a Flow Dance Meditation Facilitator.

We also share how our relationship to our bodies, emotions and energy have been changing since childhood and how we work through these at the moment.
