This is a throwback episode from when I was just entering week 3 at Pipedream, while we are full steam ahead building the roadmap for our Partnership. I’ve always preached the importance of seeking advice from those who’ve done it before, so this week I brought in my friend and Partnership’s Expert, Will Taylor to the show.
Prior to hitting record, I walked Will through the Partner Canva Map we’ve created to give him context into what we are building. Directly after sharing the information, we hit record, and he shared actionable recommendations. In this week’s episode, we discussed:
Pitfalls to Avoid Building Partnerships
Partner Onboarding
Partner Qualification Questions
Aligning Partnerships With Existing Revenue
Partner Website Content

In this book, I will be telling my story of getting into sales and the lessons I have learned so far, and intertwine stories, tips, and advice from the Top Sales Professionals In The World! As a first time author, I want to share these interviews with you all, and take you on this book writing journey with me!
