In this episode I touch on why I’ve removed myself completely from “polite culture” and why I feel it’s detrimental for our healing journey long-term. I go into the difference between being “polite” and being a sincerely kind and caring person and how sometimes being the best version of yourself actually requires you to challenge yourself and others. I dive into ways I’m learning to channel my catalyst and disruptive energy for personal growth and healing and why I think we should learn to lean into these parts of ourselves (in healthy not harmful ways of course).
I talk a lot about how culturally we’ve become too accustomed to group think and do not have tolerance for those who challenge our thoughts and beliefs. I also talk about why it is important to learn to work through our triggers (once our nervous systems are regulated enough of course) rather than avoiding them and risk projecting our fears into our relationships. If this episode resonates I hope you subscribe and connect with me on social media.
Be well!

Hope is way more than wishful thinking or bypassing, it’s resistance and it’s necessary to help us envision what collective liberation truly looks like. We have to have hope in something to know what we are fighting for, especially when the going gets tough (and boy is it tough currently). In this episode, I discuss how holding hope can be an act of courage and rebellion during your hardest seasons.

This is something I’ve consistently struggled with living with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and I hope that by sharing the struggles of coping with depression honestly I can help others who might be struggling.
I share a bit about what relapse feels like for me, how it impacts my daily life, and some of the small steps I am taking toward healing and recovery. This episode is a bit of a rant about the challenges of learning how to let go but also how important learning to surrender is as part of the healing journey. Once you heal enough to learn how to choose yourself, knowing when to let go and surrender is pivotal but it is NOT easy and not enough people talk about how painful and challenging it can be.
This episode is designed for those who have struggled with using control as a coping mechanism or have historically had trouble letting go of people, places and patterns that no longer align causing many of us to settle, sometimes unknowingly because we convince ourselves it’s what we want when really we’ve just become comfortable in it. Change is hard. Let’s crash out, heal and evolve together.
As a reminder, I am in the process of creating offerings and building community for my fellow heart-led folks who are looking for deeper connections and aligned communities. Stay tuned for more on this soon! Tap in💗

**TRIGGER WARNING** This video/podcast episode discusses sexual assault, sexual abuse, childhood sexual abuse. If you are in a crisis please skip!
This episode was very hard for me and I apologize in advance if it’s a bit hard to follow as I was disassociated for a lot of it. I meant to share more but it’s hard for me to share in depth about my sexual trauma. I’m sharing my thoughts, feelings and experiences in hopes that other survivors of sexual assault or abuse know that they are not alone.
Currently the news cycle is riddled with stories about Epstein and the stories of victims are not being centered. This is a very triggering time for anyone who has experienced sexual abuse and I want you to know that prioritizing self care and finding support is SO important right now. I really hope this feels like a safe space for those of you on this healing journey with me.

In this episode I get very real about the heavy emotions coming up at this time. I know a lot of people are struggling both personally and collectively and I encourage us all to drop the mask and get real about what we feel so that we can find our people and get the support we need to move forward.
Mid-way through the podcast episode I experience mood swings and I felt it was important to not omit those parts because I want to show the reality of life with BPD and complex trauma. I’m honestly proud of how far I’ve come in this journey. My episodes used to be significantly worse and now I can snap back into stability more quickly than I’ve ever been able to in the past. A reminder that healing isn’t linear but it is possible. Sending love to everyone struggling at this time! You are not alone.

In this episode I share raw life updates and encouragement for those who feel they are at a threshold of who they once were versus who they’re becoming. We are all collectively going through a massive transformation and it’s not easy to let go of what no longer resonates whether that be karmic relationships, unfulfilling career dynamics, or old limiting beliefs. It’s time for us to take what we’ve learned through our shadow work and integrate it so we can embody this new version of ourselves that knows what we deserve and will not settle for less.

This episode may be triggering or include sensitive topics like childhood trauma and abuse. I get very honest about my disdain for men stemming from childhood trauma and how it’s impacted my relationship with myself and men as a whole. I am actively unlearning and reprogramming my mind to adapt more loving and empathetic viewpoints toward men but to say this is a process and I struggle A LOT with this would be a massive understatement. This is not coming from the perspective of someone who has overcome this rather someone who recognizes the pattern and acknowledges where something needs to shift within myself. This is in NO WAY condoning or denying the significant harm and abuse many women go through at the hands of man but instead offering solace to those who may also struggle with this and want to find a healthier way to be in community with ALL human beings. If you found this I’m glad you’re here and I’m sending you love. 💗

What a season of life this is shaping up to be for me. We are all in a collective initiation phase. Old cycles are ending. New versions of ourselves are emerging. It’s both painful and exciting. I’m navigating the contrasts of life moment by moment. This episode shares how much I’ve learned about myself beyond the brokenness and pain I’d identified with for so long. In short this episode focuses on why YOU ARE NOT YOUR PAIN and how traditional western systems often reinforce this lie. You are sensitive and that’s okay. I truly hope and pray this reaches who it needs to reach. You all deserve to feel empowered, love and accepted for who you are. Who you TRULY are and you are NOT your pain.
In the coming weeks/months I will continue to host in-person healing events focused on bringing BIPOC, feminine energies together to grow, connect, and heal together! Check out my website to stay up to date (I promise to have it updated soon!)

I’M BACK (again)! In this episode, I discuss the importance of showing up in our authenticity and being honest with ourselves and others about who we are and what are our needs are. We are in a time of MASSIVE systemic change and global transition and in order to attract the community we need we must learn to stop masking, show up in our truth, and learn to articulate who we are and what we need in a way that can be received. I hope this episode helps others who have struggled with interpersonal relationships and who crave community and deeper connections.

I’M BACK! In this episode, I discuss navigating feeling like you’re regressing or slipping into old toxic patterns due to triggers, stress, overwhelm, or relationship difficulties. I’ll share how I’ve been learning to recognize the difference between when I may be causing issues due to trauma responses or when others have overstepped my boundaries. With everything going on in the world currently, I hope this encourages those of you struggling to have grace with yourself and I hope you remember that you are not alone!
In the coming weeks/months I will continue to host in-person healing events focused on bringing BIPOC, feminine energies together to grow, connect, and heal together! Check out my website to stay up to date.

Trigger Warning (TW): Severe mental health, suicidal ideation, and other themes related to severe depression, BPD, and childhood trauma are discussed here.
This episode I discuss the burn out and existential angst I feel with spending the majority of my life just trying to survive and heal from childhood abuse. I share how reminding myself of how much I’ve come and how much has changed for the better helps to keep me going when I feel like I’m on the verge of giving up. I truly hope that what is shared here helps others who may be feeling alone or struggling at this time. I know it’s hard but I know things can get better. I know you feel alone but you are not! Let’s heal together love!
In the coming weeks/months I will be hosting in-person healing events focused on bringing BIPOC, feminine energies etc. together to grow, connect, and heal together! Follow me below to stay updated.

This episode I discuss emotional processing and how I’m learning to fully process and move through all of my emotions, particularly during this time of collective overwhelm, anxiety, and frustration. I touch on the importance of incorporating somatic work and how to avoid overanalyzing emotions but rather allow yourself to fully feel them so they can move through. My hope is that we can learn, heal, and grow together.
In the coming weeks/months I will be hosting in-person healing events focused on bringing BIPOC, feminine energies etc. together to grow, connect, and heal together! More to come.
