DISCLAIMER: This podcast is not a substitute for professional mental health and/or medical help. Everything shared here is from my lived experience as someone previously diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Depression, and Complex Trauma (CPTSD). This podcast may contain triggering themes related to suicidal ideation and childhood neglect and abuse.
In this episode I share honest updates on where I’m at currently grappling with releasing old cycles and stepping into the new. We are all going through a collective transition but massive change is extremely challenging. This is a reminder that healing isn’t linear. It’s messy and difficult and if you feel alone as you’re trying desperately to get better please know that you are not. I hope this episode reminds those out there struggling and striving to step into the best version of themselves that it’s NOT easy and the process is messy but worth it. Keep going! 💗
