EP. 64 - EMOTIONAL REGULATION, HEALING & PROCESSING EMOTIONS FULLY

DISCLAIMER: This podcast is not a substitute for professional mental health and/or medical help. Everything shared here is from my lived experience as someone previously diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Depression, CPTSD etc.

This episode I discuss emotional processing and how I’m learning to fully process and move through all of my emotions, particularly during this time of collective overwhelm, anxiety, and frustration. I touch on the importance of incorporating somatic work and how to avoid overanalyzing emotions but rather allow yourself to fully feel them so they can move through. My hope is that we can learn, heal, and grow together.

In the coming weeks/months I will be hosting in-person healing events focused on bringing BIPOC, feminine energies etc. together to grow, connect, and heal together! More to come.
