Chronic back pain can be so debilitating, and to the point where even just the thought of exercise can make you cringe. Manage your algorithms.
Eat foods that encourage you to eat less.
Lift weights with a plan.
Walk a little bit 3 times a day (no distractions).
Set a water goal and hit it.
Train and eat to feel good, not look good.
Go to bed and wake up at the same time.
