As the days grow shorter and the air cools, we begin our gentle descent into the darker half of the year.
This meditation invites you to slow down, to breathe with the rhythm of release, and to honor all that has come before.

Samhain approaches — a time of remembrance, of ancestors, and of deep stillness.
Through breath and awareness, we create space to listen and to soften, moving from the bright energy of summer into the quiet reflection of late autumn.

In this session, you’ll be guided through:
✨ Grounding and breath awareness to steady the nervous system
✨ A full-body relaxation to help release held tension
✨ Gentle imagery connecting you to the energy of remembrance and letting go
✨ A closing reflection to carry warmth and gratitude into the dark season ahead

The Wheel of the Year: The Dance of the Sun and Earth

In this episode of Guided Voyage, I share the mythic story of the Wheel of the Year — the eternal dance of the Sun God and the Earth Goddess as they move through the seasons. This story reminds us that life is not linear but cyclical, always turning, always renewing.

  • Over the last 24 hours, where did your energy go? What did you consume, and what did you create?

  • When you consume, is it nourishing you and fueling your creativity, or is it draining you?

  • How might you pair your consumption with creation? For example: eat → then move your body, read → then write, listen → then respond.

  • Which forms of consumption in your life feel nourishing, and which feel like drains?

  • What is one small adjustment you could try this week to bring your consumption and creation into better balance?

The third chakra, your solar plexus, is located just above the belly button. It is our energy center of personal power. Here we hold our sense of self, our ego, and it is from here that we control our passions and impulses.

When the solar plexus is out of balance we often feel a lack of confidence and the need for external validation rather than internal knowing.

Opening your solar plexus chakra will enable you to take back your individual power and sense of self-worth.
