  • Over the last 24 hours, where did your energy go? What did you consume, and what did you create?

  • Looking back at your journal, calendar, or even your smart watch data — do you notice if you’re leaning more into consuming or creating?

  • When you consume, is it nourishing you and fueling your creativity, or is it draining you?

  • How might you pair your consumption with creation? For example: eat → then move your body, read → then write, listen → then respond.

  • Which forms of consumption in your life feel nourishing, and which feel like drains?

  • What is one small adjustment you could try this week to bring your consumption and creation into better balance?
