Have you felt like you had to switch up each time?
This episode was created with you in mind. As a recovering people pleaser I understand how hard it can be sometimes to show up as yourself because you’re so focused on meeting other people’s expectations.
Today, I’m here to encourage you to NOT give a care in the world to people opinion about you.
When we are so focused on tailoring ourselves for those around us we are technically denying ourselves. This can impact our motivation, determination and overall execution in where we are heading.
In this episode I share a few questions to ask yourself and some tools to use to start working on showing up confident into rooms you walk into!

So often we hide under the guise that we are hoping for the best and preparing for the worst when in reality there is no preparation for the worst case scenarios and more of an expectation of the worst happening. Expecting the worst in situations serves as a safety net for us and we have to learn to identify it and be proactive.
Join me in today's conversation as we dig into what preparing versus expecting looks like, the effects of both and solutions to those all or nothing type of thinking.
As always, please leave me a review if this episode resonated or was of benefit to you.
