This week, I sat down with Zach, a hairstylist with an incredible story and contagious energy. What started as a simple chat about hair turned into one of those conversations that flows effortlessly, covering everything from life and creativity to dreams, motivation, and what it really feels like to work behind the chair.
Zach shared how his journey began in high school, when his mom encouraged him to pursue what made him happy. That support helped him discover his passion for hairstyling and set him on a path of artistry and self-expression.
Having lived in several different states, Zach has gathered unique experiences and perspectives that influence both his work and how he connects with others. Every story, every client, and every haircut reflects the heart and dedication he brings to his craft.
This episode is lighthearted, fun, and full of inspiration. Itâs a reminder that passion can start anywhere and that when you love what you do, it shines through in everything you create. Tune in for real conversation, laughter, and the kind of good energy that stays with you long after the episode ends.
I had the absolute joy of sitting down with my friend Dani, a healer, retreat leader, and spiritual guide. I met Dani during my yoga teacher training, and her energy and wisdom have always stood out.
In this episode, we explore the importance of spirituality, how to connect with yourself, and ways to manifest the life you desire. Dani shares her insights on energy work, healing, and self-understanding in a way that is both practical and inspiring.
Whether youâre new to the spiritual path or have been exploring it for a while, this conversation will leave you feeling more aligned, inspired, and connected to your higher self.

This weekâs episode is such a fun one. I sat down with my friend Fran, who you might remember from a previous episode, and Iâm so excited to have her back as a solo guest. Fran is a hairstylist, an entrepreneur, and truly one of those people whose energy just fills a room. Sheâs vibrant, funny, and always brings the best vibe wherever she goes.
The world has felt a little heavy lately, and both Fran and I wanted to lighten things up while still keeping our conversation meaningful. This episode is all about laughter, energy, and connection, but itâs also about intuition, trust, and the ways the universe speaks to us.
We talk about our beliefs in signs from the universe and how those pings or gut feelings are often the little nudges guiding us in the right direction. Both of us really believe that when you slow down, pay attention, and trust those moments, you can find a deeper sense of alignment and peace.
From there, the conversation just flows. We talk about life, perspective, and finding joy even when things feel uncertain. Itâs playful, itâs real, and itâs one of those episodes that just makes you feel good.
If you need something light but soulful, a reminder to laugh, trust your gut, and follow where the universe leads, this episode is the perfect listen.

This week I talked with a founder of The Club Delray in downtown Delray. What started as a few friends gathering for early-morning cold plunges has grown into a movement built around connection, resilience, and the shared pursuit of well-being.
Josh shares how it all began with one cold tub, a handful of curious friends, and a desire to create something meaningful. We talk about the science behind cold plunging â increased energy, mental clarity, and reduced inflammation â but also the deeper emotional benefits: the conversations, the vulnerability, and the sense of community that forms when people show up for themselves and each other.
This episode is a reminder that wellness doesnât have to be complicated or expensive. Sometimes itâs as simple as getting outside, taking a deep breath, and surrounding yourself with people who lift you up.
If youâve ever been curious about cold plunging, community wellness, or finding ways to connect more deeply with others, this is an episode you wonât want to miss it
Unplugging & MoviAfter taking two weeks off, Iâm back with a solo episode. I share why I needed to step away from social media, how it was affecting my mental health, and what I learned from unplugging. This episode is about more than just taking a break though. I also open up about the direction I want the podcast to go, from conversations on skincare and wellness to entrepreneurship, finances, relationships, and growth mindset.
If youâve ever felt overwhelmed by the constant noise online, this one will resonate. Tune in for an honest check-in and a look at whatâs coming next.
This week Iâm joined by my friend Jessica, a dynamic fitness instructor who has built a strong platform both online and in the studio. Jessica has been in the fitness world for most of her life, and it shows through the knowledge, certifications, and creativity she brings into every class.
She teaches many different styles, from yoga to her signature pink chair HIIT class The Matrix. What makes her stand out is the way she blends strength, flexibility, and artistry. Her classes make you feel powerful, confident, and even a little like a dancer, all while moving to playlists that are anything but typical.
In this episode we talk about how she got started, her favorite ways to work out, how she stays inspired, the role music plays in her classes, and even some skincare talk along the way.
Follow Jessica on social media at @JessicaBethFitness and tune in to hear why her workouts are so unique and inspiring.
This week I sat down with my two friends Jackie and Francesca, who are launching their brand new podcast called The Level Up Era. These two have been best friends since childhood, and their energy together is magnetic. Theyâre lighthearted, funny, and goofy, but at the same time, they bring so much intention when it comes to growth and leveling up.
Jackie is rooted in the fitness world and is launching her own online coaching while staying active in several South Florida fitness communities. Francesca is an incredibly talented hairstylist with a true passion for her craft. Even though theyâre very different, theyâre completely in sync, and it shows in the way they talk, laugh, and share their stories.
This conversation was such a great reminder that everyone has a story, and when you mix that with humor, friendship, and a growth mindset, it creates something really special. If youâre looking for inspiration, positivity, and a little bit of laughter, youâll love this episode.

This week I sat down with my friend Sarah to talk about branding and what it really means today. Itâs not just something for companies anymore. In a way, every single one of us has become our own brand, whether we realize it or not.
Sarah and I grew up during the early days of social media, back when you needed a college email address just to sign up for Facebook. Itâs wild to see how much has changed since then. Now social media isnât only about staying connected. Itâs where people share their work, their style, their lives, and it has become a huge part of how we all present ourselves.
Sarah has such an interesting background in buying and merchandising, and she shared a lot of lessons sheâs picked up throughout her career. What I loved most is how her experiences show that no matter where you are in life, youâre always learning and collecting little insights that shape how you show up later.
For me, this was also a chance to be real about my own weak spots. As I grow this podcast, I know I need to get stronger with social media and learn more about the trends. Talking with Sarah gave me some fresh ideas and reminded me that branding isnât about being perfect. Itâs about being intentional and real with how you show up.
This was such a good conversation and I think itâs one a lot of us can relate to.
This week, Iâm getting real. No guests, no filter â just me sharing the things Iâve kept inside for far too long.
I open up about silent suffering, the fears that have kept me from speaking up, and how bottling everything in can take a toll on your mental and physical health. I talk about where Iâve been mentally, the lows Iâve worked through, and the slow, intentional steps that have helped me feel better â from daily walks to the To Be Magnetic âExpandedâ podcast and its Deep Imaginings.
I also share dating reflections, lessons from my 20s, and what itâs taken to reconnect with my vision, values, and purpose.
Hosting this podcast has allowed others to be open with me, and now itâs my turn to meet that vulnerability with my own. If youâve ever kept it all inside or are working through a hard season, this oneâs for you. đ
Tipsy Talk #4: Consumerism â How Weâre All Susceptible & Can We Control It?
This week, Cat and I got real about consumerism â how easy it is to get caught up in wanting more, and how weâre challenging ourselves to hit pause. For the next three months, weâre committing to not buying the things we want and instead using what we already have. Itâs all about gratitude, resourcefulness, and being more intentional with our spending.
We also opened up about:
The link between consumerism and self-worth
How social media marketing pulls us in
My personal goal to save more and spend smarter
Summer reflections, my Charleston trip, and setting fresh goals for fall

From teacher to administrator to coach, heâs worn many hats â and in this conversation, he shares honest, thoughtful insight into what it really looks like to work in education.
We dive into:
đ How the value of education has shifted over the years

Todayâs episode was such a special one for me â I got to sit down with someone whoâs not only helped me, but has supported so many people in my life: Dr. Kim, my go-to functional wellness doctor.
Dr. Kim is something of a local legend. With a background in Chinese medicine and acupuncture, she blends ancient wisdom with modern insight in the most grounded, relatable way. Sheâs worked with countless people I know personally â including one of my closest friends during her battle with cancer â and I truly believe her care played a powerful role in that healing journey.
This conversation is all about learning to truly understand and support your body. Itâs packed with knowledge, perspective, and practical tools you can actually use.
We talk about:
⨠Functional testing: hormone panels, gut health, and micronutrient levels
⨠How to take supplements that are right for your body
⨠The impact of food on both emotional and physical well-being

This week, I sat down with my friend Axi â and let me tell you, this conversation left me completely inspired. Axi is the founder of her own production company and a total creative powerhouse. From music videos to commercials to full movie sets, sheâs done it all â and sheâs done it her way.But whatâs most incredible? She started with zero formal training. At 22, she took a chance on a behind-the-scenes job on a Tom Cruise film set⌠and that one âyesâ launched her entire career. We talk about:đĽ How she broke into the production world with no experienceđŻ Why asking for the opportunity is often the most important stepđĄ What it really looks like to bet on yourself and start from scratchđŹ And the mindset thatâs helped her stay creative, independent, and fearlessAxiâs story is more than a behind-the-scenes peek at film and media â itâs a masterclass in courage, self-belief, and taking risks before you feel âready.âđ§ Tune in now and follow Axi on Instagram: @axi_productions
In this episode, I sit down (for the second time!) with my brilliant and multifaceted friend Brooke. She's not only an aerialist and Pilates instructor â she also happens to be incredibly savvy when it comes to personal finance.
We talk about the importance of knowing where your money is going, how to start investing (even with just a little), and why you donât need a financial advisor to begin building wealth. Brooke breaks down financial concepts in a way thatâs approachable, empowering, and actually fun.

When I sat down with my friend Courtenay, I expected a great chatâbut what I got was a grounded, honest perspective on what wellness really looks like in the midst of motherhood, business, and life.
Courtenay is a fitness enthusiast, personal trainer, and mom of three athletic teenage girls. From homeschooling to shifting schedules, she somehow shows up with presence, passion, and purpose. In this episode, we talk about honoring your body through lifeâs seasons, ditching the âall or nothingâ mindset, and finding balance in a world that often pushes perfection.
She also talks about being an instructor at The Montana Method, her passion for one-on-one training, and the pressure women can feel navigating the right supplements and influencer-driven wellness trends.
This oneâs a reminder that true wellness isnât rigidâitâs intuitive, honest, and ever-evolving.
Weâre back with another round of Tipsy Talk â the light-hearted, happy-hour-style spin-off I co-host with my good friend Cat! In this episode, we may not be sipping Brez, but we are laughing through podcasting chaos (like my XLR wire not working rightđ), and just letting the conversation flow with zero plan and all the fun.
Itâs breezy, unfiltered, and feels like youâre right there with us â because thatâs the whole point. No pressure, no perfection â just connection, laughs, and some fun.
