The Unstoppable Dad Project
Some reflections after a few weeks off.

Ive taken a step back from the pod over the last two weeks, we had a bit of travelling and a few things happening so I took the time to focus on that and reflect.

Over that time I realised a few things.

This week I go over those things and what the future of the podcast will look like.

Strength is never a weakness.

I get asked quiet a bit "should I do strength or cardio?"

In this weeks episode I cover off why strength should be done regardless of goals and why the point of dimishing returns on strength training doesnt apply to most of the population.

Have a listen and let me know what you think.

Subtraction through addition, why you may need to replace that habit with something else.

Last few weeks have been about change and implementing new habits.

Bottom line is any change is hard.

Sometimes if we want to drop a behaiviour that is no longer serving us we need to replace it with something else.

This week I go into why and how that might be the case for a lot of people.

Have a listen and let me know what you think.
