This conversation had us reminiscing about our younger coaching days and what the priorities were back then. It lead us into the topic of "evolving as a coach". In order to evolve as a coach, we also have to evolve as human beings and expand our minds beyond the gym, learn skills they may not have taught in school, and then apply those skills to enhance our evolution.
Through years of practice, trial and error, we have came up with 3 categories of coaching evolution. Ultimately, experience is the best way to evolve, but the biggest evolution occurs when you learn from those experiences and take action.
