You don’t even have to read it every day.  Just write it down.

The reason this is so important is because your brain does not do a great job keeping track of your accomplishments as well as it does our failures and it’s important to know how far we have come and what we have accomplished this year in order to set the stage for next year. 

Your brain is doing its best to keep you in your current self-image, and if you have been with me for a while, you know that growing in your self-image is the key to creating different outcomes, it’s the key to evolving into the person who can create the result, whatever the result is.  This is a way to show your brain how far you have come and who you are now. 114. Negative Emotions

There are no good emotions or bad emotions, good thoughts or bad thoughts. There are only thoughts and emotions that serve you as you create the life of your heart’s desire or thoughts and emotions that do not serve you. 

That is it.  It is that simple.

I used to think that because I had all of these negative thoughts and emotions that something was wrong with me.

I mean, I would see the evidence in the book stores with aisles and aisles of books devoted to “How to Be Happy.”

I read hundreds of them and none of them said what I am about to say to you… We are supposed to have negative emotions!
