On today’s episode of the Strong Jon Fitness Podcast, we’re joined by one of my amazing Fit Parent Blueprint clients and fellow online coach, Kristine Williams.
Kristine joined my coaching program in the spring of 2023 because she was struggling with her digestion, her weight was slowly creeping up and she felt tired often.
