1 year ago from this date, I was diagnosed with postpartum preeclampsia. What I thought would be a quick fix turned into months of life threatening hardships and trauma. We have shared a positive light on our postpartum journey over the last year and are very grateful to have a healthy baby in the process. In reality, this has been a silent struggle that we're still battling to this day. I decided to share my story because postpartum preeclampsia is a very dangerous condition that needs more light and awareness. In this episode, we cover our top 5 least favorite exercises. As personal trainers, many people assume that we love working out and all of the exercises that come with it but the truth is....we don't. The point of this podcast is to be a bit more vulnerable and share exercises that expose our weaknesses. However, the point is to prove that many of the exercises that we don't like are simply because we're not good at them. It's important to have balance in all of your workouts by mixing in movements that you love with movements that you don't enjoy. This will ensure that you can stay consistent with your training while getting better at movements that you struggle with.

We get a lot of comments and requests to make workouts that are inclusive to people over the age of 40, 50, and 60+ . We made this podcast to discuss why we personally don't want to make workouts for certain age groups and how you can actually get better as you get older. We understand the difficulties and limitations that come with age BUT that doesn't mean you should sell yourself short of what you can achieve.
