We Hate Lunges Too

In this episode, we cover our top 5 least favorite exercises. As personal trainers, many people assume that we love working out and all of the exercises that come with it but the truth is....we don't. The point of this podcast is to be a bit more vulnerable and share exercises that expose our weaknesses. However, the point is to prove that many of the exercises that we don't like are simply because we're not good at them.  It's important to have balance in all of your workouts by mixing in movements that you love with movements that you don't enjoy. This will ensure that you can stay consistent with your training while getting better at movements that you struggle with.
