Pilates classes and the method of movement have been around for over one hundred years. Like most things that are impactful, arms of inspiration begin to grow. Even though it is a form movement that has standed the test of time it has become something that is also "on trend." Which can be a really great thing, but can also lead to confusion among instructors as well as clients. In this episode we break it down and give you our bottom line on PIlates. The practice then and now, things to be mindful of as a student as well as a teacher, the benefits as well as the things that may be red flags.

However, the truth for many is that it has become our normal day in and day out to take in this level of external information. It can often be misleading, not meant for you or your body, distracting and a whole lot of noise.
