Intentional Mindset
Having a thoughtful intention when it comes to your goals, health, profession, relationships and anything else that is important to you is going to increase your likelihood of reaching those things and being consistent. Intention is the root of your why and your mindfulness around the choices you make day in and day out. This week, we talk about getting into the habit of intention setting. How this practice helps create clarity in what you want in your life and what you don't.
