Information Overload
In this week's conversation, we peel back the layers of what information overload looks like in 2025. Hint, it looks like a lot! However, the truth for many is that it has become our normal day in and day out to take in this level of external information. Although there are positive, motivating and educational things that come from information, social media, and other people's experiences. It can often be misleading, not meant for you or your body, distracting and a whole lot of noise. Jenine and Liz, talk about ways to sift through information overload, turn it off when needed and how to seek out the things that are important to you and your life vs. getting lost somewhere in the middle of it all.
