It is not uncommon to feel both internal and external pressure to feel like you need to get into "shape" for the Summer months. There are plenty of programs and potions that are sold to us for that quick fix to get us feeling "better" in our Summer wear and bathing suits. We can easily turn what should feel like good fitness and nutrition choices into restrictive and stressful ones. Ultimately, often leading to things we can not stay consistent with or that just don't feel great.
