She discusses the intersection of art and technology, including how AI has changed creative industries, and how human connection still shines through voice, tone, and emotion.

We share the ups and downs we've been facing in our lives recently - navigating seasons of transition, adventure, and uncertainty.

From the chaos of packing boxes and painful goodbyes to the excitement of building a slower, more self-sufficient lifestyle off-grid, she reflects on what it means to trust the process and create space for new beginnings.
Together, we talk about embracing the unknown, planting seeds for the future, and finding calm in the middle of life’s chaos.
It’s a conversation about courage, clarity, and choosing to live with intention — no matter where the road leads.

She shares simple yet powerful tools for reconnecting with your intuition, resetting your nervous system, and making decisions that feel aligned with who you truly are.
We also talk about the freedom of raising kids in Spain, embracing a slower pace of life, and redefining what it means to live well outside of society’s “normal.”

In this candid and cosy episode, we invite you to our lives and share some big personal updates. We also reflect on the beauty and chaos of choosing an unconventional path.
Lenka has officially wrapped up her travels in Spain and is now navigating van life in the UK, complete with van upgrades and ferry crossings.
She opens up about the joys of living simply on the road and the unexpected challenges that come with it—yes, including toilet talk!
Meanwhile, Natalie reveals the exciting (and nerve-wracking) news that she and her husband have been approved to move to South Africa.
From the emotional roller coaster of waiting for a visa to the dream of building an off-grid retreat in the mountains, she shares what it really takes to follow your heart—even when your head has doubts.
Together, we talk about:
The realities (and rewards) of van life
Listening to your inner compass despite fear and uncertainty
Creating a slower, soul-centered life rooted in nature and simplicity
The emotional process of letting go and starting fresh
Whether you’re dreaming of downsizing, travelling full-time, or just looking to live more intentionally, this episode will inspire you to trust your path and embrace the unknown.

Grief touches all of us—but we often don’t know how to talk about it, let alone how to move through it.
In this deeply honest and compassionate episode, we’re joined by acceptance coach Chris Mamone to explore what grief truly looks and feels like—and how we can begin to heal, no matter the shape our loss takes.
From the stillbirth of his son to the loss of his grandfather, Chris shares his own transformative journey through heartbreak and how it inspired his life’s work: helping others navigate grief with self-compassion, presence, and purpose.
Together, we unpack how grief shows up in both big and “small” life losses—like a job, a relationship, or a lost sense of identity—and why every form of grief deserves space, not shame.
In this episode, you’ll discover:
Why grief is a wave, not a linear path
How to support others without needing to “fix” them
What it means to take back your power during painful times
The importance of creating boundaries while grieving
A simple yet powerful journaling exercise to reconnect with your healing process
This episode is both a comfort and a call to action—a reminder that it’s okay to not be okay, and that beauty and strength can emerge even in our most broken moments.
✨ Because healing isn’t about getting over it—it’s about learning how to carry it, with love.
Chris Mamone is an Acceptance Coach with a mission rooted in deep compassion and transformative healing.
Chris guides people through one of life’s most tender journeys—grief. Through his work, he helps others navigate the complex layers of loss, trauma, and emotional pain, offering a pathway toward healing, self-acceptance, and personal empowerment.

What does it truly mean to feel safe in your body? In this deeply grounding episode, we sit down with Gabi Varga, a trauma-informed personal trainer whose approach to movement is rooted in the healing power of somatics.
Gabi shares her journey from traditional fitness coaching in Hungary and Canada to becoming a guide for those navigating trauma, emotional stress, and disconnection from their bodies.
We explore how somatic practices—focused on body awareness and emotional presence—can transform not just our workouts but our overall relationship with movement and self.
Gabi explains how trauma lives in the body, how patterns of overtraining and people-pleasing often mask deeper wounds, and why offering clients autonomy and empathy is essential to real healing.
This conversation is a powerful reminder that fitness isn’t just physical—it’s emotional, energetic, and deeply personal.
Whether you’re new to somatics or curious about integrating trauma-informed practices into your own life, this episode will offer both insight and inspiration.
