She introduces us to a powerful new paradigm rooted in the understanding that we are not our thoughts, and that well-being isn’t something to chase—it’s something we already have within us.
We talk about:
The moment that sparked Chana’s healingWhy trying to “fix” ourselves can keep us stuck
The truth about anxiety, chronic pain, and the stories we carry
What it really means to “settle” the mind
How insight, not effort, opens the door to lasting peace
Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, chronic pain, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the constant pressure to improve, this conversation is your invitation to breathe, let go, and remember who you truly are.
