Episode 26 of the for your mental health podcast is on the air! It's been awhile since I posted so I wanted to put out something to get back into talking about mental health and this time how it relates to financial health. Do you relate to not working a regular job or finding different ways to supplement your income to give you the freedom that you need to follow your passions? Let's talk about that.
What's going on y'all? I know it's been a while since my last upload, but I wanted to get back into it because mental health awareness is such an important part of my life and I want to continue to talk about it and inspire people to find help when they feel alone. In today's episode, I talk about the state of mental health, the direction is going and my own personal state of mental health and how it's intertwined. I hope you enjoy it! Much love y'all,
-Dan!
What's up everybody? I hope you're all having a great mental health day today and every day. Today's post is about the loss of Jason David Frank and the video I created to honor his legacy and to guide people in how to process his loss. It is definitely one of the best things I have ever done and I encourage you to watch it if you're struggling with dark thoughts or share it with people who you think could use some guidance and perspective on their own Mental Health. May the power protect you, always. Much love much respect.

What's up y'all! Thanks again for checking out my channel! Today's video is a pretty cool one because I get to talk about a big change in my life which involves going vegan! It's something that I kinda just did because it felt like something I wanted to try and it's been a very positive experience for sure! So watch this video and maybe learn something and maybe get inspired to make a change in your own life as well, yay! Also, something I left out of the video which I forgot to discuss was the impact on the lives of animals and how they will be saved through the collaborative effort of people who decide to no longer eat meat and I think that's a pretty cool reason to go vegan as well. Let's continue to make this world the best planet possible, ya dig?
Hi y'all! I'm back after a brief hiatus with another For Your Mental Health Video! I don't always have the time or motivation to put more content out there and I care deeply about my own mental health enough to know when I need to take a break and recently I went through a very stressful situation that warranted me coming back and making another episode so thanks so much for checking it out! It's one of my best IMO from a cinematography and editing perspective as well so I'm definitely looking forward to sharing it with everyone out there!

Hi y'all, welcome back to the show! I changed the name by taking "weekly" out and replacing it with "podcast" so that I don't feel bad about not posting on a more regular basis. Life happens right? And I like to be able to be flexible with my daily life moments and all that, ya heard? Today we talk about catastrophizing and how turning bad into the worst can wreak havoc on one's mental health. Do you worry that one slip up will cause unrelenting disaster in your life? Does it feed into your anxiety and depression? I feel that. You are not alone. Let's discuss it.

Hi y'all! Welcome back to my channel! Today I talk about body image and how my own personal issues with body image have affected the choices I've made over the past few years to improve my physique and feel better about how I look not just to others, but more importantly, to myself. Body image is something we all have to deal with and I want to let you know you are not alone if you question what reflects back at you in the mirror. We all do and it can give us all sorts of feelings so let's dive in and talk about my journey from being a skinny, shy dude to a bigger, more confident fellow! Hooray! And I hope this episode helps you face your own issues with body image as well!

This week's episode touches on the subject of mask wearing and the anxiety that's created by having to choose whether or not to wear one in public. Obviously this is something we all have to deal with in our daily lives I thought it was important to open up the discussion about it for those that are struggling to find peace with their decision to wear one or not. May this episode serve you well and shed some light on what has happened to me in my own experiences dealing with masks. Much love y'all💞💗💓

Hi y'all! I know it's been a bit since my last post but I've been going through quite a few changes and I've honestly been hesitant to post anything because of all the constant dislikes I've been getting on my videos. It was uncomfortable and painful for me to see my audience engagement be so negative and it was difficult for me to find the motivation to continue to create content. Through finding the love in myself more than anything, I've been able to come to terms with these dislikes which I have zero control over and understand the importance and inevitability of getting in the way to have things your way. In this video, I explain more about getting in the way of others and how it's okay to do this in a way that doesn't need to be personal, but is just a sign of your growth and willingness to put yourself out there for you.
Hi everybody, thanks once again for checking out my videos! It means a lot and especially since I've opened up the conversation more about mental health it's just been so important to get these videos in as many people's lives as possible! Anxiety and Depression are serious business and the more we can talk about how it is affecting us, the more we can do to help ourselves out and fight back against what is putting us in a dark place. Much love to you all out there and keep your spirits up! We got this!
After a prolonged break I'm back with something I'm really proud of, an epiosde that details my full morning quarantine routine from getting up outta bed to all my yoga, meditation, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu drills and technique and strength.cardio training! It's a routine that has helped me immensely over the past few months and I'm honored and psyched to be able to share it with you all here today. My wish is that you take something from my routine and use it to better your own mental health going forward and maybe even include things in your very own routine as well! I love you all, thank you so much for the support as always! Peace!
I'm not sure what the future holds for this podcast but I have been sitting on this interview with my good friend Andrew Man for awhile now and I wanted to make sure it got out there so that it could help others dealing with similar social anxiety issues. I hope it helps and it was my distinct pleasure to give my buddy Andrew a platform to inspire hope in those that may need it in regards to their social interactions. Much love y'all! See you soon!

Why me? Ever said that to yourself? Who hasn't right? Why in the world would this set of circumstances befall little ol' me of all people? We feel victimized and cursed, sometimes crushed by the weight of our own thoughts and all the good days and amazing moments of triumph before this get forgotten about as we bathe in the toxic sludge of negativity. But it doesn't have to be this way, does it? You've been through so much, or maybe you haven't and this is your first time facing real roadblocks in your life. Either way, the path forward doesn't have to feel so dark and treacherous. You don't have to be the victim of the story waiting for someone to come and save you from impending doom. YOU ARE THE HERO. And you CAN turn things around. You just have to believe it can happen and then make it happen. Let's talk about how to change your mindset from victim to hero.

Allowing yourself the time to really appreciate the little moments in life can be something we take for granted in modern society. Beautiful songs, a dog running in the grass or holding the hand of a loved one, all these things we should be grateful for and use as reminders that indeed, we are alive and we are open to happiness to come flooding in at a moment's notice. Today, my very first special guest on the show Bret have a chat about being mindful and lightening our loads of what may lean heavy upon our mind, body and soul. If you too struggle with finding happiness in negative emotional landscapes, let's talk about it, and see what there is that can be done for each other. Hooray!
If you've ever made mistakes in life, you may have felt that embarrassed, imperfect, flawed, ashamed, "less-than" because you thought you had something down after sometime working on it and it turns out that you weren't as prepared as you thought. Today, we'll discuss why messing up (even in front of others) can be a great learning tool and can facilitate personal growth in a really substantial way, so let's dive in y'all! Better mental health awaits!!
